An Accidental Technical Writer

You'd have found me coding, but a rogue semicolon tripped me into technical writing. And, I never looked back!

About Me

My education in Engineering in Information Technology has provided a strong base for my decade-long career in technical writing and content design. I have developed a wide array of deliverables including knowledge center websites, how-to user guides, API documentation, online help, training manuals, videos, infographics, in-built tours, and more.

Currently, at IBM, I create DevOps containerization documentation using Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes, leveraging my expertise in information architecture and content strategy to enhance the user journey.

Writing has always been my passion, leading to my first book What About Passion? (2018) and a story in A Jar of Stories. I represented India at the South Asia Youth Summit 2018 in Sri Lanka. I found Write to Express, a workshop for budding writers.

I believe in keeping it fun, learning constantly, and seizing every chance to grow.
